Pomeranian Spitz puppies are sold vaccinated, with microchip and documents: FCI international pedigree, veterinary passport with vaccinations and sales contract.
We do not present puppies as show or brood class. A puppy can only have perspective at the time of sale, in the breeder's opinion. We cannot guarantee a puppy's show or bridal career or breeding ability, we can only speculate on its development.
The puppy is sold "as is", with all the risks associated with the development and growth of a living organism. The seller does not guarantee the bite after the change of teeth, the height of the sold dog, other changes in its exterior in the process of growth, which may affect its prospects for breeding and participation in shows.
We guarantee that the puppy is completely healthy at the time of sale. Also, we guarantee that the puppy is free of viral diseases (plague, viral hepatitis, parvovirus, adenovirosis).
We are not responsible for genetic diseases of the animal that manifest themselves after the sale. The breeder (Seller) shall not be liable for any physical, mental defects related to the maintenance (care, education, feeding, veterinary care) of the dog arising from the moment of transfer of the dog to the Buyer.
We are not responsible if your dog becomes ill or dies from mishandling or accident.
The buyer is obliged to study the standard of the purchased dog breed and the possible risks associated with diseases to which the dog chosen by the buyer is exposed before purchasing the dog.
The buyer has the right to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian to make sure there are no abnormalities.

We are prepared to listen to all claims about the dog's health, not related to viral diseases, within two days after the dog has left our home and with the obligatory conclusion of a qualified veterinarian.
By paying a deposit for the puppy, the Buyer acknowledges that he has read and accepts these terms and conditions.

Payment
* When ordering a puppy you get a discount from $500 to $1000. * We take a deposit of 10% (minimum $500) of the price of the puppy - to understand that you are a real client. * We do not deliver puppies “to order” without a deposit. * We are looking for a puppy for you based on your preferences and sending you options. * We only bring the puppy you choose. * We will refund your deposit in full if we are unable to find you a puppy. We also refund your deposit in full if you don't like the puppy. * Exception, puppies of black color and orange/sable color - the deposit is 50% and the deposit is not returned if you refuse the puppy that you previously chose and which we brought to you. * We fully check and guarantee the health of the delivered puppies. The puppies are in quarantine with us, undergoing a full examination by a veterinarian and revaccination. If illness is detected in the puppy, the deposit will be returned in full or we will look for a replacement.
Ordering a puppy
Payment for a specific puppy (available):
* A puppy is considered reserved if a deposit has been paid (if no deposit has been paid, the puppy will not be withdrawn from the sale). * The deposit amount is 50% of the puppy's price. * If the Buyer refuses the final payment and the puppy he has reserved, the deposit is non-refundable. * If Seller withdraws from the transaction and a deposit has been paid for the puppy, the deposit will be refunded in full. * Full payment is due at the time of the puppy's transfer to the Buyer.
Delivery
We are happy for the customer to come and pick up the puppy themselves. But we can also deliver the puppy to you if you are not able to come and pick it up.
Delivery is not included in the price of the puppy and can be done by air, rail or road. We deliver puppies personally and hand them over to you. In this case you have an opportunity to refuse the puppy if you are not satisfied with it (in case of refusal you will be charged for delivery only).
Delivery is possible anywhere in the world. Delivery in Ukraine is free of charge.
Delivery is paid before sending the puppy. Puppy travels only in the cabin of the airplane or travels with an escort. We do not send dogs in the luggage compartment or unaccompanied!
Delivery is possible by a specialized animal transportation service with 100% prepayment for the puppy.

box carrier, food for the puppy, clothes (if necessary) - free
documents for exporting a puppy – $50 (CIS) and €150 (Europe, blood test)
overhead, food and delivery fees – $100
hotel - $50 per night (not charged if flight back on the same day)
transfer to/from the airport - $25/50
air/rail/car tickets - from 100$ - 1000$
payment for transporting a puppy in the cabin of an airplane (UIA) - $100-$250 (depending on the distance and airline)
